Job Description:
The Administrative Clerk performs clerical, administrative and general office duties involving typing, records and file maintenance, documentation creation, data entry, mail distribution and telephone reception.
Responsible for tallying daily production levels Handle all client inquires over the phone and via e-mail Perform administrative work as needed Track all inventory levels and/or supplies Job Requirements:
HS or GED required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other business areas.
Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email).
